All orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. All shipments are fully insured until delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

•⁠ ⁠Unwashed
•⁠ ⁠Undamaged
•⁠ ⁠Returned with all original tags attached
•⁠ ⁠Returned in their original packaging

Once your return request has been approved, a prepaid return label will be provided for domestic U.S. orders.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Items purchased through authorized retailers must be returned directly to the original point of purchase and cannot be processed through FILOSA.
